Bill Creekmuir brings over 30 years of successful executive leadership experience to Pinnacle Search Partners. He was hired as a   consultant in 2014 and quickly assumed roles of continuing responsibility. He now serves as President. Bill has spent his career building organizations and helping others find the right individuals to enhance their teams. His passion has always been assisting excellent candidates and top organizations to find each other, and he works tirelessly to that end. Bill has a vast network and a depth of business knowledge that enables him to support the success of his candidates, clients, and the Pinnacle team.

Bill is well-versed in the nuances of public, private, and private equity organizations. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial  Officer of Simmons Bedding Company, he worked with three private equity sponsor groups. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of publicly-traded LADD Furniture. His earlier years were spent with the big four global accounting firm KPMG where he was ultimately named Partner and held responsibilities in the United States and Ireland. Bill is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of the board of directors of Party City Holdco Inc. (NYSE) and Flexsteel Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ). He also has served on several private company Advisory Boards, is a former member of the President’s Advisory Council and Chair of the Business School at Elon University, Chair of the Statistics Committee of the International Sleep Products Association, and a former member on the American Home Furnishings Alliance Solution Partners board.
